This notice explains how Montgomery (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you use this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organisation, role (optional), the service you are interested in, project stage, budget range (optional), timing and project summary. We also record the page you came from and any campaign information in the link you used.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation with you and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information.

Legal basis

We process enquiry information with your consent and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing naomi@mcoachingandconsultancy.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
